The enemy employs so-called UMPK kits for aviation strikes, which are a direct analogue of JDAM-ER kit. They adapted these kits for this purpose, initially for 500 kg bombs and later for 250 kg bombs, which demonstrate greater range. Despite occasional russian claims of an 80 km range, the actual range is smaller.
This information was revealed through a video taken by russian personnel inside the cockpit of a frontline Su-34 bomber, demonstrating the high-altitude release of two UMPK kits.

Furthermore, its quality and the identified objects enable a rather clear localization of the drop area and provide the distance to the front line. For instance, the Oleshky Sands in the Kherson region are captured on camera along the aircraft’s course:

In the following shot, the aircraft flies over the the settlement of Kalanchak.

There are also 2 bombs with the settlements of Darivka and Rozdolne on the background on the shores of the Kalanchatsky estuary.

This information allows to estimate the approximate flight path of the bombs and obtain a dropping distance of around 60-65 km, considering the high-altitude and high-speed flight of the carrier.
