Ukrainian forces operating on the Pokrovsk axis have successfully destroyed multiple high-value russian targets using FPV strike drones. Aerial reconnaissance pinpointed enemy positions, enabling FPV drone pilots to deliver precision attacks that obliterated russian tank, BM-21 Grad multiple launch rocket system, mortar, towed artillery piece and self-propelled gun.
The operation was carried out by teams of the 68th Brigade. According to a briefing released alongside combat footage, drones were launched around the clock, seeking out and engaging any hostile equipment, communications nodes and observation posts within range. The combined effect of these strikes has further degraded the combat potential of russia's occupying forces in the east of Ukraine.

FPV drones have rapidly become a force multiplier for Ukrainian defenders. Their low cost, high accuracy and ability to evade traditional air defense systems allow operators to conduct strike missions that were once the preserve of much larger platforms. On the Pokrovsk front, where frontline static defenses and dense minefields make manned probes perilous, these nimble unmanned aerial vehicles offer a particularly effective solution.
Beyond the immediate material losses inflicted on the invaders, the psychological impact of persistent, unpredictable drone assaults undermines morale and complicates enemy logistics.

As Defense Express previously reported, combat drone pilots from the Prime unit of the 5th Border Detachment have once again struck decisively along the Kursk axis, inflicting significant losses on russian forces. In their latest operation, the border service operators neutralized four enemy FPV-drone launch sites, eliminating capabilities for rapid reconnaissance and attacks.
