The SSU’s press service reported the operation on May 19, noting that it was carried out by officers of the 13th Main Directorate of the Military Counterintelligence Department.
"Recently, personnel from the 13th Main Directorate conducted a complex special operation employing both sea- and air-based unmanned systems," the statement reads. "Their objective was russian radar equipment installed on Ukrainian offshore platforms illegally seized by the occupying forces."

The operation began with a strike from an aerial drone, followed by an attack by a naval drone. The combined assault successfully destroyed the russian Neva radar system, which was being used to monitor the air and maritime situation in the region. The strike also damaged storage infrastructure and living quarters on the platform.
"This operation showcased the synergy of two drone types, proving the effectiveness of joint drone warfare," the SSU emphasized. "We once again reminded the enemy that russian scrap metal has no place in the Black Sea."
