The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has confirmed the attack on the russian Atlant Aero plant in Taganrog. The facility was used to design, manufacture, and test the Molniya drones and components for the Orion UAVs.
On the night of April 18–19, Ukrainian Armed Forces units struck several key russian military targets in temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories and in russia.

"The enemy defense facility, Atlant Aero in Taganrog, Rostov Oblast, has been struck. This resulted in a fire on the premises," the General Staff reported.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Atlant Aero carries out the full cycle of design, manufacturing, and testing of Molniya-type strike and reconnaissance UAVs, as well as components for the Orion UAV.
The Orion weighs about one ton and can carry up to 250 kg of payload, including aerial photography systems, electronic intelligence modules, optoelectronic systems, KAB-20 guided bombs, and Kh-50 and Kh-BPLA missiles.

"This strike will reduce russia's UAV production capacity and weaken its ability to attack civilian targets in Ukraine," the General Staff emphasized.
The Defenders of Ukraine have also been actively targeting key facilities belonging to the occupiers in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. russian ammunition depot has been struck near the village of Trudove in the Zaporizhzhia region.
Ukrainian Forces also struck russian logistics depots in the areas around the cities of Mangush, Topoline, and Mariupol in Donetsk Oblast, as well as Smila in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, and set fire to fuel tankers near the town of Novopoltavka, Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
