On the night of Tuesday, February 11, the Defense Forces of Ukraine attacked an oil refinery the Saratov region. It is known that this refinery was involved in supplying the russian army.
This was reported by the press service of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Telegram.

Thus, units of the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, as well as the Special Operations Forces, in cooperation with other components of the Defense Forces of Ukraine, struck oil refinery in the Saratov region at night. It is known that the facility carries out complex oil processing.
The General Staff noted that the refinery mainly produces gasoline, fuel oil, and diesel fuel, but manufactures more than 20 types of oil products in total. This refinery was involved in supplying the russian army.
"A hit has been confirmed. A fire broke out at the facility. The results of the damage are being clarified," the statement reads.
Earlier Defense Express reported that Ukraine had successfully struck a russian oil depot stationed next to an air defense base.
