On the Kupiansk axis, fighters of the Bureviy Brigade continue their systematic efforts to wear down russian forces. The Brigade's press service reported on another successful week of operations that targeted both enemy manpower and equipment.

According to the update, Ukrainian defenders destroyed russian TOS-1A Solntsepyok heavy flamethrower system, a powerful and expensive asset used by russian troops to terrorize Ukrainian positions.

In addition to striking the flamethrower, the Bureviy units neutralized an enemy artillery piece and inflicted heavy losses on russian personnel. Several dozen occupiers were eliminated during this period, further eroding the combat effectiveness of russian assault units operating in the sector.

The Brigade also targeted russia's drone operators and surveillance infrastructure. Ukrainian fighters managed to destroy enemy UAV positions, down multiple drones of different types, and disable surveillance and communication systems.

These actions not only reduced the enemy's battlefield awareness but also disrupted coordination across their forward lines.

As Defense Express previously reported, Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces continue to systematically dismantle key elements of russia's air defense. On one of the active front lines, operators of the Nemesis 412th Regiment struck two modern Tor-M2 surface-to-air missile systems, each worth about $25 million. As a result, one system was completely destroyed, while the other sustained heavy damage.

The Tor-M2 is a short-range air defense system capable of intercepting aerial targets at distances of up to 15 kilometers. Russia uses these systems to shield military units and critical infrastructure from Ukrainian aircraft, missiles, and drones.
