The Ukrainian Air Force spokesperson noted that this requires significant expenditure, particularly on the construction of underground shelters and bunkers for aircraft.

"For this, it is necessary to properly prepare the place for their basing. It involves colossal costs, including underground shelters and bunkers. Therefore, methods are currently being developed on how exactly they can be accommodated," he said.

Illia Yevlash also emphasized the importance of positioning the aircraft in such a way that they are more difficult to detect by russian forces. It is noted that the plan involves placing the aircraft on various types of runways to confuse the enemy. Various methods will be used to achieve this goal.
