Ukrainian forces struck tanks containing fuel and lubricants at the Yeysk oil loading complex in russia's Krasnodar region. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported the attack on Saturday, August 22.
The strike hit an enemy facility involved in supporting russian forces. As a result of the attack, a fire broke out at the site.

The General Staff said that the extent of the damage caused by the strike is still being assessed. No further details about the consequences of the attack were provided.
The targeted oil loading complex is part of the infrastructure of the Port of Yeysk, located in Krasnodar region on the Taganrog Bay of the Sea of Azov.
According to the General Staff, the facility is responsible for receiving, storing, and loading petroleum products onto maritime transport.
The port's cargo terminals have a total handling capacity of approximately 6.8 million tons of cargo per year. More than one million tons of this capacity is allocated to liquid cargo, including petroleum products.
The strike therefore targeted infrastructure connected to the storage and shipment of fuel and petroleum products. The facility is also involved in supporting russian forces.
