According to a report from the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, russia is procuring communication tools, such as the Starlink satellite internet terminals, from Arab countries.
The intelligence report includes intercepted radio conversation among russians, where they discuss the procurement of the Starlink satellite internet terminal.

In one conversation segment, one russian mentions, “The Arabs are supplying everything: cables, Wi-Fi, router…” The report also indicates that the acquisition cost for a Starlink device stands at 200 thousand rubles ($2200).
