Victoria NULAND, United States Secretary of State in 2005-09 Condoleezza RICE, NATO Assistant Secretary General for Public Diplomacy Baiba BRAŽE, President of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly Joelle GARRIAUD-MAYLAM, Stanford University professor Francis FUKUYAMA will address the participants of the Forum and all of Ukraine.

Kyiv Security Forum is Ukraine’s foremost platform for high-level international discussion about Ukrainian and global security issues. KSF was founded by the Arseniy Yatsenyuk Open Ukraine Foundation.
