On the evening of March 23, around 10 p.m., the so-called head of the temporarily occupied Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhayev, reported that there were about ten explosions in the city, as well as four more were heard at 10:29 p.m.
Later, the Crimean Wind Telegram channel reported that something was burning near the airport and Kozacha Bay, the location of the russian 810th naval infantry brigade.

There is a possibility that the Black Sea Fleet communications center of the russian federation was hit.

He added that the smoke observed in some areas was a means of camouflage of russian troops. Later, the Razvozhayev reported that some objects had caught fire as a result of falling debris.
"The smoke in the area of the internal roadstead, Sevastopol and Yuzhnaya bays is usage of camouflage by militaries," the occupier reported.
According to Razvozhayev, it was "the most massive attack in recent times" and as a result of it one person was dead and four were injured.
At the same time, the Commander of the Air Force of Ukraine Mykola Oleshchuk thanked the pilots and sailors for their successful work on his Telegram channel.
"The sky and the sea are the same color! Crimea is ours! Together to victory!" he wrote.
OSINTtechnical specialists have confirmed information about cruise missiles` hits at the Black Sea Fleet communications center of the russian federation in occupied Sevastopol.
Also, on the morning of March 24, the Crimean Wind Telegram channel again reported about explosions in Crimea. It is known that drones attacked an oil depot in occupied Hvardiiske, Simferopol Raion.
Earlier Defense Express reported that according to the UK Defense Intelligence, Ukraine had disrupted 10% of russia’s oil refining capacity.
