This is evidenced by satellite images from August 26 published by Radio Liberty.
It is noted that the pontoon crossing was built in the village of Zvannoye, two kilometers downstream of Seym river from the bridge, which was previously damaged by shelling by the Defense Forces of Ukraine.

It should be noted that earlier, russian troops built similar pontoon crossings across Seym river in the village of Karyzh, between Zvannoye and the village of Glushkovo, and to the east of Glushkovo.
Earlier Defense Express reported that the UK Defense Intelligence had analyzed Ukrainian attack on the Kursk Khalino airfield.
