Ukrainian unmanned systems operators continue to inflict losses on russian artillery assets in Donetsk region, further degrading the enemy's firepower along the front line. In the latest operation, Ukrainian forces successfully destroyed the BM-21 Grad multiple launch rocket system.
The strike was confirmed by the Commander of the National Guard of Ukraine, Oleksandr Pivnenko, who published video footage of the engagement on social media.

According to Oleksandr Pivnenko, the BM-21 Grad system was detected by pilots from the Lasar's Group unit, whose aerial reconnaissance assets tracked the launcher while it was actively firing at Ukrainian forces positions. The timely identification of the target proved critical to the success of the operation.
Once the target was fully confirmed, Ukrainian heavy bomber drone crews were tasked with delivering the strike. Using precision-guided munitions, the operators accurately hit the launcher, ensuring its complete destruction and preventing further rocket fire.
The operation was conducted in coordination with other units of the Ukrainian forces, highlighting a high level of integration between reconnaissance, strike drone teams, and supporting elements. Such coordination is increasingly central to counter-battery and counter-artillery efforts.
As Defense Express previously reported, operators from Ukraine's 15th Brigade have detected and helped neutralize russian army-level command and control communications station known as Torf-S. Footage of the combat operation was published on the Brigade's official channels, confirming the successful targeting of the system.
