Ukrainian Navy spokesman Dmytro Pletenchuk confirmed this on July 15 in a Facebook post.
"The last patrol ship of the russian Black Sea Fleet is leaving our Crimea right now. Remember this day," stated Dmytro Pletenchuk. He did not specify the name of the russian warship, and the russian command has yet to make a public announcement.

Previously, Dmytro Pletenchuk noted that the russian Armed Forces are building unified launchers for Kalibr cruise missiles and Oniks anti-ship missiles.
"Kalibr missiles still pose a significant threat with a 450 kg warhead, but their interception rate is high," he noted. "According to servicemen, the russians have acknowledged this and are constructing integrated launch facilities for both Kalibr and Oniks missiles."
The naval spokesperson underscored that russian forces deploy Kalibr missiles to overwhelm Ukrainian air defenses during coordinated missile and drone assaults. However, they now prioritize other missile types for targeting objectives.
According to British intelligence, Ukrainian forces have damaged or destroyed 26 ships of the russian Navy operating in the Black Sea region between February 2022 and June 2024.
As Defense Express reported, a russian military unit (presumably an air defense missile unit) was hit in Sevastopol, temporarily occupied Crimea, on the night of Monday, July 15 – the invaders suffered losses.
