Russian forces are establishing a network of military-training centers for Ukrainian teenagers in the temporarily occupied territories.
In a recent move, they opened a so-called military-sports center disguised as a college in Luhansk, funded directly from the Kremlin’s coffers.

This means that the Ukrainians as young as 14 will be subjected to a systematic indoctrination and military training program aimed at grooming them to fight for the russian army. This blatant disregard for international laws protecting children from recruitment as soldiers is yet another example of russia’s barbaric conduct in Ukraine.
The National Resistance Center urges parents in the occupied territories to be vigilant and prioritize patriotic education for their children, safeguarding them from becoming pawns in russia’s propaganda and its hostage to its barbaric policies.
