Partisans of the Atesh movement have conducted reconnaissance of one of the key armored vehicle production facilities for the russian army in Nizhny Tagil

Agents of the Atesh movement have conducted reconnaissance of the Uralvagonzavod (UVZ) plant in Nizhny Tagil, Sverdlovsk region. The facility is one of the key manufacturers of armored vehicles for the russian army.

Atesh reported the findings via their Telegram channel.

According to the partisans, the plant assembles T-90M Proryv and T-72B3M tanks, BMPT Terminator tank support combat vehicles, and TOS-1A Solntsepyok thermobaric systems.

"Since 2022, the plant has been operating around the clock. Civilian production has been cut in half to prioritize state defense orders. The facility produces up to 250 new tanks per year and has increased the volume of armored vehicle repair and modernization by 3.6 times," the partisans stated.

Agents recorded heightened activity at the site, including the continuous movement of cargo transport and an increasing number of railway trains carrying finished equipment and components. Local residents report constant noise and a significant increase in military security.

"The putin regime has turned a civilian enterprise into a full-scale military facility in an attempt to compensate for heavy armored vehicle losses on the battlefield," Atesh noted.

The partisans have already transferred all collected intelligence: regarding the production cycle, logistics routes, and the facility’s security system to the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

Earlier, the Atesh movement reported a series of sabotage operations targeting railway infrastructure in temporarily occupied Luhansk.
