Poland and Slovakia are ready to provide extra MiG-29 fighters to Ukraine, Poland believes that Ukraine would be ready to use them instantly

Yaroslav Nady, the Minister of Defense of Slovakia, sates that Andrzej Duda has confirmed that Poland is going to agree to provide the MiG-29 fighters jointly with Slovakia. The president of Poland stated this on the meeting of defense ministers of the European Union members in Sweden.

“It’s time to make a decision [for Slovakia]. People are dying in Ukraine, we can help, there is no space for Slovakian politicization. It’s inhumane and irresponsible,” Yaroslav Nady said.

“We stand ready to provide these aircraft. And I’m sure that Ukraine would be ready to use them instantly because Ukraine has pilots able to operate these planes,” Andrzej Duda stated.
