Agents of the Atesh partisan movement carried out detailed reconnaissance at one of the key military units in the Ivanovo region. The 54th Rocket Division (military unit 34048), located at 16 Gvardeyskaya Street, was the primary target of the reconnaissance.
Ukrainian partisans also published the coordinates of the facility: 56.867947, 40.514667.

This unit is among the most significant in the structure of the russian Strategic Rocket Forces, as it is equipped with modern missile systems such as Yars and Topol-M, which are designed for nuclear delivery.
According to the report, the observation and documentation of the facility and its surroundings revealed that no air-defense systems were in place. The Atesh movement states that all air defense systems that previously protected this vital military facility have been moved closer to the front line.
As a result, the strategic nuclear facility and the city are left virtually defenseless. The lack of air defense systems at a strategically important facility clearly indicates critical losses and a shortage of air defense resources in the russian military command.
"Our agents carried out accurate reconnaissance, providing useful information on the division's forces and assets to the Defense Forces of Ukraine," the statement reads.
Earlier Defense Express reported that Ukrainian partisans had conducted reconnaissance in temporarily occupied Sevastopol's bays.
