The enemy launched another massive attack on the territory of Ukraine using Shahed-136 drones. Air defense was reported at work in Kyiv, Zhytomyr, and Khmelnytsky regions.
According to the General Staff of Ukraine's Armed Forces, defenders of Ukraine destroyed 16 out of 21 drones launched by Russia.

"In the night of March 22, the adversary launched another massive air strike with Shahed-136 UAVs. According to preliminary information, 16x out of 21x drones launched by the enemy were destroyed by Ukrainian defenders," Wednesday morning situation update of Ukraine’s General Staff reads.
At the same time, as the the Kyiv City Military Administration reports, Ukrainian air defense forces shot down all enemy drones spotted in the sky over the city of Kyiv on the night of March 22.
"The enemy does not stop attacking Kyiv. The terrorist country again launched its deadly UAVs on the capital last night. According to preliminary information, these were Shahed barrage ammunition. All the targets spotted in the sky over Kyiv were destroyed by our air defense forces," the head of Kyiv City Military Administration, Serhiy Popko, stated on his account on Telegram.
He added that, according to the latest data, there were no casualties or destruction.
"For what we have to once again thank our guardians of the sky - air defense forces! They are real heroes! Glory to Ukraine!" the head of Kyiv City Military Administration said.
