The Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Oleksiy Reznikov, announced this to Hromadske and Babel, mil.in.ua reports. He stressed that Ukraine hasn’t received these SAM complexes yet.
Reznikov denied the information that Ukraine already received NASAMS air defense systems. Reznikov noted that there were difficulties with the translation.

"President Zelensky meant that a fundamental tectonic shift has occurred, a decision was made to provide NASAMS systems to Ukraine. But they can’t be in Ukraine already, as our men are still undergoing training. Those who will be operators. These are complex systems. The same applies to the German Iris-T air defense system," said Reznikov.
The Minister of Defense of Ukraine added that deliveries of NASAMS systems to Ukraine are about to take place according to the schedule.
On September 16, the Pentagon announced that the first two batteries of the NASAMS air defense system will arrive in Ukraine within the next two months.
