The DCH financial and industrial group stated that as a result of russian shelling, one of their factories and "two infrastructure facilities" were destroyed in the Kharkiv region.
However, the DCH group has only one industrial enterprise, which is the Kharkiv Tractor Plant (KhTZ) that has a defense significance. Because before the war, KhTZ was known as the basic manufacturer of the MT-LB auxiliary armored tracked vehicle.

In any case, in open sources we can find references from May 2017 that there were plans to revive the production of MT-LB tracked vehicles at the facilities of KhTZ.
Although, for example, in 2021 the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine sent an order for the repair of the MT-LB chassis to Kharkiv Automobile Plant. As a result, KhTZ is unlikely to be able to be a manufacturer of MT-LB. Which, in turn, in the conditions of the post-war development of the Armed Forces, will dictate the need to choose another multi-purpose chassis for Ukraine’s army.
In addition, before the war, the facilities of KhTZ also produced powerful T-150 tractors, which can also be used as army tractors in the field in Ukraine these days.
They are also frequently seen in photos and videos collecting war trophies from the battlefield.
