Operational Command "South" in their regular briefing said that russian occupiers in the Kherson direction tried to establish a river crossing between Hola Prystan and Kherson.

Their attempt turned out to be unsuccessful, as the Armed Forces of Ukraine successfully sent the barge with russia’s manpower and equipment to the river bottom.

It seems that the occupiers tried to establish an alternative crossing with the help of stolen property. Before the war, the logistics terminal, which specialized in river transshipment of grain, operated in Hola Prystan. This company used standard barges with a hull length of about 70 meters and a cargo capacity of up to 1500 tons.
