"According to available information, russia has indeed moved some air defense systems from the Far East closer to the European part of russia, namely to the port of Ust-Luga, Engels and Savasleyka airfields, and to the Moscow region," Kovalenko added.
russia previously maintained around 24 S-400 and 12 S-300 launchers in its eastern regions. Currently, their number has significantly decreased.
Due to air defense losses from Ukrainian strikes, russia is redeploying systems from the Far East and attempting to conceal this with mock-ups.

The Defense Forces of Ukraine continue to eliminate russian manpower and equipment every day. According to the Ukrainian General Staff, 1,157 air defense systems have already been destroyed since the beginning of the russian invasion in February 2022.
