During the recent IDEX 2025 arms exhibition in the UAE, held from February 16th to 21st, Milrem Robotics presented its Havoc 8x8 RCV wheeled unmanned combat platform.
One of Havoc's main features is the variety of remotely controlled weapons stations (RCWS) offering a whole range of functions and roles of this vehicle on the battlefield.

The company's exhibition at the event showcased the variant with a weapon configuration tailored, most likely, to anti-aircraft warfare, which includes a 30mm automatic cannon and air interceptors from partner enterprise Frankenburg.
Apparently, it's the same Mk1 missiles that Frankenburg said it can produce in hundreds per week and that was developed to meet Ukraine's defense needs and is slated for tests in Ukraine sometime in 2025.

However, Milrem Robotics presents other options for weapon modules on its website provided by other companies. For example, theres is a remote minelayer from KNDS with four mine canisters; a Kongsberg Halcon HS2 rocket launcher, the type of missile employed is undisclosed; a Kongsberg MCT-30 gun module equipped with a 30mm automatic cannon and a smoke screen system.

The Havoc weighs 15 tons and can carry a 5-ton payload. It is powered by an all-wheel hybrid electric drive enabling speeds up to 110 km/h on the road and 50 km/h off-road, the operational range is 600 kilometers.
The protection of the combat vehicle is not the best but it is present. Havoc withstands an armor-piercing bullet 7.62x51 fired from a distance of 30 meters, and fragmentation impact from a 155mm high-explosive fragmentation projectile at a distance of 60 meters from the hit point. Mine resistance only protects against anti-personnel mines.

The dimensions of this combat vehicle — 6.8 x 2.8 x 2.7 meters — are comparable to those of a BMP-2 infantry fighting vehicle (6.7 x 3.1 x 2.2 meters). Despite having such size, none of the demonstrated configurations explains how well the vehicle is protected against FPV drones, a long-known and widespread threat on the modern battlefield.
