Ukrainian scouts received 2 EOS C03 VTOL reconnaissance drones from Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation

The Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine received two EOS C03 tactical level vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) drones from the volunteers of the Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation.

These drones, manufactured in Estonia, are designed for reconnaissance and surveillance. Ukrainian operators who are already using the EOS VTOL aircraft in the combat zone describe it as very quiet, reliable and effective.

These drones possess the following capabilities:

  • They can continuously operate in the air for up to 2 hours;
  • They can reach speeds of up to 110 km/h;
  • They can maintain communication with a station up to 50 km away.

One of the key advantages of the VTOL drones is their ability to take off and land vertically, making them adaptable to a wide range of terrains.

The thermal signature of these drones is minimal, making it challenging for the enemy to detect them using thermal imaging equipment.

The powerful optics of the EOS C03 VTOL drones can clearly identify enemy targets within a radius of up to 15 kilometers.

Furthermore, these outstanding drones can function effectively in both hot and cold conditions, with a working temperature range from +50°C to –20°C.

These reconnaissance drones were acquired through the generous donations of Ukrainian citizens. The cost of the two drones amounted to almost 11,7 Ukrainian hryvnias.

“We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Ukrainian people! We thank you for your continued support and donations. Thanks to your contributions, we have acquired exceptional systems that will aid us in locating and neutralizing the enemy, as well as in safeguarding Ukrainian territory from this menace,” an operator from the aerial reconnaissance unit of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine said.
