The CEO of the russian company "russian All-terrain Vehicles", Eric Sagimbayev, reported that the russian occupation army has begun to receive and "introduce Plastun-TT tactical transporters into the special military operation zone." He assures that their all-terrain vehicles are less noticeable to drones than ordinary cars, can transport larger volumes of cargo than buggies allow, and claims that this "miracle of technology" is made entirely of russian components. Sagimbayev compares the Plastun-TT in terms of carrying capacity with the russian civilian GAZellee light commercial vehicle and claims that it has better cross-country ability. "If the conveyor gets into a rut, the front and rear parts are turned using two powerful hydraulic cylinders, respectively, the front and rear wheels simultaneously leave the rut.

It is not known how many such vehicles have already been delivered to the russian occupation forces, nor is it known what the production rate of the Plastun-TT tactical transporters is.

The Plastun-TT was first introduced in August 2024. In fact, this vehicle is a kind of hybrid of the russian civilian Niva car as well as GAZellee light commercial vehicle, since a significant part of the components for the Plastun-TT were borrowed from these vehicles. At that time, it was stated that the Plastun-TT could reach speeds of up to 100 km/h and transport up to one ton of payload or 10 people.
Plastun-TT is not the only vehicle in this family. So, back in August 2023, the company received a contract for the supply of Plastun-SN lightly armored all-terrain vehicles, and in October 2023 it became known about the supply of the first 14 out of 50 ordered vehicles.
In November of the same year, the Armed Forces of Ukraine first destroyed this "miracle of russian technology", which had been delivered to the occupation forces less than a month earlier.
