Ukrainian partisans scout the location of air defense systems in russia

The Atesh partisan movement reported about the discovery of the location of the Pantsir-S1 air defense system on the outskirts of Moscow. This SAM system is known to protect key industrial, administrative and military facilities from drones, aircraft and cruise missiles attacks.

The Atesh claims that after successful strikes by the Defense Forces of Ukraine in August 2024 against a center of signal intelligence and the Ostafyevo airfield, UAV attacks deep into russia have become a regular occurrence. In response, the russian Armed Forces are strengthening the defense of their facilities by increasing the number of air defense systems.
