The Atesh partisan movement reported carrying out reconnaissance on russian military unit 54607. This unit is based in Tambov, on Boris Vasilyev Street.
It is known that this is the base of the 16th Spetsnaz Brigade of the the Main Intelligence Directorate (GRU). It is considered an elite unit, which the Kremlin deploys for the most challenging and dangerous missions.

It is reported that partisans have not only identified the location of the facility but are also conducting systematic surveillance of personnel, officers, and their movements. They are documenting duty schedules, travel routes, and security measures. Every move made by the occupiers is being monitored.
The gathered information is passed to the Atesh intelligence network to enable precision strikes on russian military machine.
"russia must understand that every one of its soldiers is under constant surveillance. There will be no rear where they can feel safe," the statement reads.
