The Armed Forces of Ukraine have confirmed that they successfully targeted and destroyed a storage facility containing ammunition belonging to the russian forces in temporarily occupied Makiivka, Donetsk region. This strike, which took place on the evening of July 4, has been verified by the Center for Strategic Communications.
The storage facility, which was struck, was situated in the inner courtyard between incomplete residential buildings, where the russian occupiers had placed it, according to donetchanyn channel.

The occupiers had a significant stockpile of ammunition in the facility, which was evident from the three-hour-long explosion. Among the items stored in the makeshift warehouse were ammunition for the BM-21 Grad multiple rocket launchers. The explosive force was so intense that windows in buildings up to 3 kilometers away were blown out by the shockwave.
However, the occupiers traditionally claim that the alleged target of the strike was a nearby hospital, which is indeed located in close proximity to the ammunition storage facility. However, it is important to emphasize that the military object itself was the intended target, one that the occupiers criminally established right in the middle of the city.
