Three tons of explosives were used to destroy the pipeline

The Ukrainian military destroyed an "unusual but critically important logistics channel" used by russian occupiers in the Kupiansk area of the Kharkiv region. The pipeline was used by russian forces to infiltrate the city's northern outskirts.

The commander of the 429th Separate Regiment of Unmanned Systems Achilles, Yuriy Fedorenko reported that during reconnaissance, Ukrainian forces identified a route that allowed russian troops to move personnel safely while avoiding Ukrainian fire control.

After discovering this pipeline, the Achilles Regiment began systematic work to eliminate the infiltration route. About three tons of explosives were used to damage the pipeline. Later, neighboring units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine joined the operation.

According to Fedorenko, operations in the Kupiansk sector are ongoing, with the Unmanned Systems Forces supporting infantry and assault units.

A day earlier, a senior lieutenant in Ukraine's Defense Forces, identified by the call sign Alex, noted that Kupiansk had not yet been fully cleared of russian forces. Stabilization measures may take several weeks, as there were at one point about 500 russian occupiers in the city.

Earlier Defense Express reported that Ukrainian UAV Battalion had wiped out russian troops and Gvozdika systems.
