Ukrainian drone operators from the Northern Eagle unit of the 151st Brigade have detected and destroyed russian 2S19 Msta-S self-propelled howitzer.
The artillery system was first spotted by aerial reconnaissance operators. Strike drone crews then immediately engaged the identified target, completing the attack within only a few minutes of its detection.

Footage released by the brigade shows the Msta-S system being hit by Ukrainian drones. Following the strike, russian self-propelled gun catches fire, with subsequent detonations visible around the vehicle.
The 2S19 Msta-S is one of russia's principal 152 mm self-propelled howitzers. The system entered Soviet service in 1989 and was designed as a replacement for the older 2S3 Akatsiya system. It remains an important component of russian artillery units.
The Msta-S is designed to provide mobile indirect fire against troops, weapons and other battlefield targets. Its 152 mm gun allows russian forces to deliver heavy artillery fire against Ukrainian defensive positions and other targets near the front line.
The brigade said that russian forces use systems of this type to strike Ukrainian positions, logistics and frontline settlements.
