Ukrainian Drones Attack Sparks Fire at an Oil Depot in russia’s Rostov Oblast

Early on Saturday, July 13, a fire broke out at an oil depot in the southern russian region of Rostov. SSU drones targeted a facility storing different types of gasoline and diesel fuel totaling 12,500 cubic meters

Overnight, a powerful explosion rocked the Rostov region, sparking a large-scale fire. russian authorities deployed nearly fifty personnel and 14 pieces of equipment to combat the blaze, which was categorized as highly complex.

That’s according to a source in Ukraine’s law enforcement, Ukrinform reports.

Locals heard an explosion, followed by a massive fire.

"SBU drones continue to introduce targeted economic sanctions against russia's energy sector, which is fueling the war in Ukraine. More than three dozen successful strikes on russian oil depots and refineries have already significantly reduced russia’s oil refining and income. And these sanctions will only be strengthened," the informed source said.
