Ukrainian Border Guards Use FPV Drone to Destroy russian Zala Reconnaissance Drone in the South (Video)

A russian Zala reconnaissance drone was destroyed in southern Ukraine

A video of the destruction was published on Ukraine’s State Border Guard Service.

The Odesa Detachment of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine released a video showing their destruction of the russian Zala 421-16E reconnaissance drone in midair while it was attempting a reconnaissance operation in southern Ukraine.

The interception occurred northeast of Ochakiv in the Mykolaiv region. Using the FPV drone, the SBGS soldiers quickly located the russian drone and destroyed it midair.

"Upon detecting the enemy drone, SBGS officers deployed the FPV drone, which ascended to intercept and strike the target. Due to their high professionalism and rapid response, the attack drone operators successfully destroyed the target, preventing any potential consequences. The enemy drone lost its wing and crashed into a field, failing to complete its mission," the SBGS stated.
