The 45th Separate Artillery Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine released recently captured footage showcasing their military personnel in action, targeting russian artillery systems. The brigade’s aerial reconnaissance successfully identified three such systems, prompting the engagement of their missile unit for targeting.
The first target in the video was a D-30 122 mm howitzer. The position of the howitzer was concealed among trees. However, it was precisely hit, resulting in its destruction.

Following the initial success, the 45th Brigade targeted two russian self-propelled artillery units, known as 2S1 Gvozdika. The first unit was hit and damaged, causing a fire to break out near the vehicle due to the impact.
Following the strike on the second 2S1 Gvozdika self-propelled artillery unit, the vehicle ignited in flames, leading to its complete destruction.
According to Oryx, since the start of the full-scale invasion, the russian forces have lost a minimum of 62 D-30 howitzers and an additional 69 2S1 Gvozdika self-propelled artillery units.
