The Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to advance in the South of the country making everything possible to eliminate as many occupiers on Ukrainian soil as possible

That is according to a statement of General Oleksandr Tarnavskyi, commander of the Tavria operational-strategic group of troops.

“In the Tavria direction, our army is systematically knocking the enemy out of positions and continuing to advance. The success of the Defense Forces is visible," General Oleksandr Tarnavskyi wrote on Telegram.

As the Commander states, units of the rocket forces and artillery completed 1,119 fire missions in the past day as well as destroyed several dozens of enemy military equipment, personel.

"In the past day, the enemy lost almost three companies killed and wounded. 68 units of enemy military equipment were destroyed or damaged. In particular, the Ukrainian defenders destroyed 6 tanks, 13 IFVs, 2 armored personnel carriers, 3 Supercam UAVs, an Orlan-10 UAV, 5 2S19 Msta-S howitzers, 4 2A65 Msta-B howitzers, 2 Strela anti-aircraft missile systems, 5 2S5 Giatsint self-propelled artillery systems, 2 2S3 Akatsia self-propelled artillery systems, a 2S7 Pion self-propelled artillery system, a BM-21 Grad, and a Zoopark radar," the commander of the Tavria operational-strategic group of troops posted.

As Oleksandr Tarnavsky says, three enemy ammunition depots were destroyed too.

The commander also published a video showcasing the work of Ukrainian 110th Separate Mechanized Brigade Marko Bezruchka artillerymen together with the Volyn aerial reconnaissance group:
