Ukraine's Special Operations Forces have delivered another precision strike on russian logistics infrastructure in the temporarily occupied Luhansk region, further tightening the pressure on enemy supply chains along the eastern front. The operation, carried out near the cities of Dovzhansk and Rozkishne, targeted key fuel and materiel depots that sustained russian frontline operations.
According to an official statement released on November 3 by the Special Operations Forces, Ukrainian operators successfully hit a fuel unloading site near Dovzhansk, destroying reserves of lubricants and fuel intended for russia's Center military grouping.

The strike was followed by another attack near Rozkishne, where the unit obliterated a material-technical supply warehouse used to distribute ammunition and repair parts to russian forces.
Both sites were precisely identified through reconnaissance and surveillance assets before being struck with high-accuracy munitions. Video footage shows multiple explosions and secondary detonations, indicating the destruction of stored fuel and supplies.
As a result, the coordinated strikes are believed to have caused an acute shortage of fuel within the Center group, disrupting the occupiers' ability to resupply forward units. Military analysts note that this form of deep interdiction targeting, hitting logistical nodes rather than direct combat units, has become a defining feature of Ukraine's evolving operational strategy.
"These operations show that our special forces are not just fighting at the front lines but are strategically dismantling the enemy's ability to fight. Every destroyed fuel depot means fewer tanks, trucks, and artillery pieces operating tomorrow," reads the report.
As Defense Express previously reported, the Ukrainian Navy have carried out a precision strike against russian troops occupying the Syvash offshore drilling platform in the Black Sea. The operation targeted a group of russian invaders who had turned the platform into a forward surveillance and strike position.
