"The situation is currently most intense on the Kurakhove and Pokrovsk fronts. The defense forces are taking all necessary measures to prevent the enemy from advancing deep into Ukrainian territory."
The General Staff reports that the situation on the Kurakhove front remains challenging. russian troops have launched 32 attacks on Ukrainian positions since the start of the day, attempting to break through the defenses near Krasnohorivka, Heorhiivka, and Kostiantynivka.

Additionally, the russians are actively using aviation and artillery to shell the border areas of Sumy and Chernihiv oblasts. Five airstrikes involving 11 guided aerial bombs have been recorded against the settlements of Sumy, Tokari, Nova Sloboda, Yampil, and Yunakivka. Artillery fire has targeted the settlements of Sydorivka, Novovasylivka, Slavhorod, Popivka, and others.
Active hostilities also continue on other fronts. Specifically, the russians launched 31 assaults on the Pokrovsk front, 14 combat clashes were recorded on the Kupiansk front, and 11 more on the Lyman front.
The General Staff reports that despite numerous attempts by russia to break through the defenses, Ukrainian forces continue to hold their positions and inflict significant losses on the russian troops.
