During the day of 13th September, the enemy launched a total of 2 missile strikes, 8 air strikes and fired multiple launch rocket systems 13 times on military and civilian facilities across Ukraine. That is according to the Ukraine’s General Staff operational update on the state of warfare as of 18.00, on September 13, 2022.
In particular, the adversary attacks civilians and critical infrastructure facilities, violating the norms of the International Humanitarian Law, the laws of war. The russian occupiers conducted air and missiles strikes on infrastructure facilities in the vicinities of settlements of Bilohorivka, Mykolaivka, Verkhnyokamianske, Vesela Dolyna, Zaitseve, Yuriivka, New York, Pervomaiske, Kamianka, Vremivka, Stepove, Mali Shcherbaky, Suhyi Stavok, Kostromka, Bila Krynytsia and Myrne.

Volyn and Polissya axes: no major changes. During the command and staff exercise at the "Brestsky" training ground, the armed forces of the republic of belarus practiced the live fire to repulse the attack of a conditional enemy, ousting it outside the country.
On other axes, the adversary was shelling infrastructure employing tanks, mortars and artillery systems:
Sivershchyna axis: near Myhalchyna Sloboda snd Hai (Chernihiv Oblast), and Kharkivka, Tovstodubove, Hudove, Atynske, and Stukalyvka (Sumy Oblast);
Kharkiv axis: in the vicinities of settlements of Kozacha Lopan, Baranivka, Kupiansk;
Kramatorsk axis: in the vicinities of Yaremivka, Maiaky, Pryshyb, Bilohorivka, Sloviansk, Kramatorsk, Staryi Karavan, Starodubivka, Spirne, Verkhniokamianske, Rozdolivka, Hryhorivka and Zakitne;
Bakhmut axis: near Sukha Balka, Mykolaivka Druha, Zaitseve, Soledar, Bakhmut, Bakhmutske, Vesela Dolyna, Yakovlivka and Vyimka;
Avdiivka axis: in the vicinities of settlements of Avdiivka, Orlivka, Lastochkyne, Krasnohorivka, Opytne, Vodyane, Pervomaiske, Mariinka and Novomykhailivka;
Novopavlivka axis: the settlements of Vuhledar, Prechystivka, Novoukrainka and Vremivka;
Zaporizhzhia axis:in the vicinities of settlements of Kamianske, Mala Tokmachka, Shcherbaky, Mali Shcherbaky, Charivne, Nesterianka, Orihiv, Bilohiria, Huliaipilske, Zaliznychne, Temyrivka and Novopil.
Pivdennyi Buh axis: more than 25 settlements were shelled by enemy artillery.In addition, the adversary conducted aerial reconnaissance with UAVs, making about 70 sorties.
Russian occupation troops continue looting. On the section of the Starobilsk - Luhansk highway, in Luhansk direction, about three hundred civilian cars, mostly with state license plates of Kharkiv Oblast, were spotted. Most of the vehicles with trailers loaded with looted property are driven by russian military personnel. A similar trend is observed at temporarily occupied territories in the south of Ukraine.
The russian military leadership is replenishing its army with junior officers. According to the information available, the pre-term graduation of the 5th year cadets of the "Black Sea Higher Naval School named after Nakhimov" is planned in December 2022. Also, pre-term graduations will take place in other educational institutions of the ministry of defense of the russian federation.
Ukrainian Defense forces successfully repelled enemy attacks in the vicinities of settlements of Zaitseve, Odradivka, Bakhmut, Bakhmutske, Vesela Dolyna, Avdiivka, Bezimenne and Novohryhorivka.
During the day of 13th September, the aircraft units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces delivered 2 strikes on the positions and concentrations of the enemy's manpower and combat equipment.
During the day of 13th September, Ukrainian artillery and missile units hit several command posts and concentrations of the enemy manpower and combat equipment. It was also confirmed that on September 11, the enemy's ammunition depots in Kherson were destroyed.
