Troels Lund Poulsen, acting Minister of Defense of Denmark, with the Defense Committee and Foreign Policy Council members visited Flensburger Fahrzeugbau Gesellschaft (FFG) in Flensburg (the company that repairs part of the Leopard 1 main battle tanks for Ukraine).
The Minister claims that the tanks will be delivered in a few weeks.

“I am very pleased to be able to invite Folketing politicians to the FFG, so that they can also see how far we are in the process of repairing Leopard 1 tanks. It is a big and important donation to the Ukrainians’ freedom struggle,” Troels Lund Poulsen said.
Should be recalled that Denmark, Germany and the Netherlands launched the project to repair 80 Leopard 1A5 MBTs for Ukraine in February, 2023. Moreover, as part of the project, Ukraine will be offered training, spare parts and an ammunition package.
