Ukraine has confirmed a series of precision strikes targeting russian military-industrial and naval assets. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported successful hits on a drone production facility in russia and damage to a patrol vessel in Sevastopol.

According to the statement, on April 19 Ukrainian forces used Neptune cruise missiles to strike the Atlant Aero enterprise in Taganrog, Rostov region. The facility is known to support the production of unmanned aerial systems used by russian forces in the war against Ukraine.

Updated assessments indicate that two production buildings were destroyed in the strike, while an additional four sustained damage. The scale of the impact suggests a meaningful disruption to the plant's output, at least in the short term.

The targeted enterprise plays a role in the full-cycle production of Molniya-type strike-reconnaissance drones, as well as manufacturing components for Orion UAVs. Both systems have been used by russian forces for reconnaissance and strike missions, including against Ukrainian infrastructure.

In a separate development, the General Staff confirmed the results of a strike carried out on April 22 against a Project 22460 patrol ship of russia's FSB Border Service in Sevastopol. The vessel sustained damage to its combat control section, which could affect its operational effectiveness.

Although the extent of the ship's overall damage remains unclear, the strike demonstrates Ukraine's continued ability to target maritime assets in temporarily occupied Crimea. Such operations complicate russian naval activity and force the redistribution of defensive resources.
