British forces intercepted multiple Iranian drones overnight while Typhoon and F-35 jets, supported by the Voyager tanker and Royal Navy helicopters, continued missions

Overnight, RAF Regiment gunners, operating in a high threat area, successfully downed multiple Iranian drones, according to the UK Ministry of Defence.

UK Typhoon and F-35 jets, supported by the Voyager tanker and Royal Navy Merlin and Wildcat helicopters, have continued their defensive missions over the Eastern Mediterranean, Jordan, Bahrain, and UAE.

Force protection measures in the region continue to be at the highest levels, ensuring UK personnel are as safe as possible. UK continues to work closely in coordination with allies.
