New intelligence has identified the precise location of the Border Service of the Federal Security Service ships in Sevastopol, marking a strategic boost to the region’s defensive capabilities. Two Okhotnik Project 22460 patrol ships, equipped with state-of-the-art air defense weapons, have been spotted within Inkerman Bay.
One of the patrol ships is currently docked at the pier in Inkerman Bay, while its counterpart is moored at Pier No. 56 at the bay’s entrance. Their positioning is of particular significance as both vessels are tasked with providing air cover for a nearby Black Sea Fleet oil depot, underscoring the importance of safeguarding critical maritime infrastructure.
