"International partners heard us. We were able to convince them that strengthening the air defense of Ukraine is the first priority. As a result, we have concrete results of the work of both the president and the entire Ukrainian team recently," he said.

In particular, as Denys Shmyhal said, Italy will transfer the second SAMP/T system capable of intercepting ballistic missiles, Romania will provide the Patriot SAM system, and Germany will transfer the Patriot system, as well as the IRIS-T air defense system and Gepard anti-aircraft tanks.

"In addition, the US has given priority to Ukraine in the supply of missiles for Patriot and NASAMS. The Netherlands is assembling another Patriot system with partners for Ukraine. Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands, Norway provide additional missiles for the Patriot to form an additional reserve. Spain will also provide such missiles separately," the Prime Minister noted.
In addition, according to Shmygal, Sweden will send two ASC 890 airborne surveillance and control aircraft to Ukraine.

"This will make it possible to see air targets while in flight on the territory of the enemy, and will allow better preparation for repelling attacks," the head of government added.
