Where the occupiers could have obtained tanks for this is a separate interesting question

Footage has appeared in open access, indicating that russian military (presumably, the Marine unit of the russian Navy) mounted RBU-6000 anti-submarine rocket launcher on the chassis of the T-80 tanks, thus creating another makeshift "Frankenstein."

These frames demonstrate that the occupiers currently have at least two T-80 tanks with RBU-6000 at their disposal; the probable time and place of the enemy's use of such weaponry are not specified.

We can also see the extent of modifications required to create such "Frankensteins" - dismantling the turret and welding the base for mounting the RBU-6000. Presumably, to rotate the barrels of the bomb thrower, the entire vehicle needs to be turned.

Where the russians obtained the vehicles for such modifications is a separate, interesting question.

With equal probability, these could have been damaged T-80s from repair bases, where the turrets might not have been subject to restoration. It could also have been a "sleep of the mind" on the part of russian occupiers, who decided to choose operational vehicles for such an "upgrade."

The released video shows firing from a homemade multiple rocket launcher system, which can hardly be called accurate even at close range.

During the time of the full-scale invasion by the russian federation, this is the first "hybrid" based on the T-80 that has been exposed by the occupiers, and only the second known "hybrid" using tank chassis overall.
