Russian aggression against Ukraine extends beyond military forces, with civilian aviation now actively aiding the war effort, National Resistance Center of Ukraine reports. This month, occupiers utilized two airlines, iFLY and URAL Airlines, to transport personnel from key cities like Moscow, Novosibirsk and Yekaterinburg to Rostov. From there, ground transportation conveys these troops to the Ukrainian war zone.
This blatant misuse of civilian infrastructure for military purposes underscores the escalating nature of russia’s campaign and implicates both airlines in its aggression. No business or individual involved in such activities, however indirectly, will be able to evade accountability for their actions.
