The explosions in the village of Krasnyi Oktyabr near Belgorod, russia, took place on the night of March 29. At first it was about explosions in an ammunition depot, but later it turned out that it occurred in a military camp of the russian army.
This was officially confirmed by the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation. The committee stated that the explosions were caused by a strike from the Tochka-U (NATO - Scarab B) tactical operational missile complex by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"As a result of these illegal actions, 8 citizens of the russian federation were injured. All of them were promptly taken to medical facilities, where they received qualified care. According to experts, each of them suffered serious damage to health. In addition, 21 units of equipment were damaged. Fire and explosions destroyed a warehouse located at the site of the temporary deployment of the military unit, " wrote in the statement.
At the same time, and this is the most ridiculous, the Investigative Committee of the russian federation opened a criminal case because of (quote): "the use of prohibited means and methods of warfare." According to their version, three Tochka-U missiles were equipped with cluster elements.
And the point here is not even that the russian army regularly fires on civilian targets in Ukraine with the same cluster munitions as it did in Syria and Chechnya.
The fact is russia has not recognized cluster munitions as an unconventional means of warfare and has not acceded to the Convention on Cluster Munitions.
We will remind that the russian federation also accused the Armed Forces of Ukraine of an airsrike on oil depot in Belgorod, as a result it was destroyed.
