Vadym Skibitskyi also noted that russia’s reserves of operational-strategic and strategic precision-guided missiles have dwindled to approximately 870 units.
Regarding Moscow’s potential plans to target Ukrainian infrastructure facilities during the upcoming autumn and winter, Vadym Skibitskyi explained that the russians are anticipating an increase in the strain on Ukraine’s energy system.
“This could occur as cold weather sets in and electricity consumption reaches peak levels during the autumn-winter period. The russians are waiting for temperatures to drop below zero,” he stated.
He added that the tactics of possible enemy strikes could include the use of missiles of various types, as well as a combination of missile weapons and UAVs.
“According to the Defense Intelligence assessments, these attacks will definitely not be as primitive as last year’s. It will be difficult for the russians to achieve results – we are also preparing and understand how they act, what they are scouting, and we are taking measures to protect our energy system,” Vadym Skibitskyi said.
