Another Mi-2 АМ-1 helicopter has appeared in the aviation park of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine

A new Mi-2 АМ-1 helicopter has joined the fleet at the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense in Ukraine.

This medical evacuation helicopter, outfitted with contemporary medical equipment, was acquired through the Zbroimy Ukrainę volunteer initiative. This charitable campaign, organized by concerned citizens of Poland in response to the full-scale russian invasion, aims to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Equipped with state-of-the-art medical gear, the helicopter enables the provision of assistance to individuals evacuated from front-line territories while still in the air. The Mi-2 aircraft has the capacity to transport either three lightly injured individuals or one seriously injured person.

“We express our gratitude to all citizens of Poland, for whose donations the important medical evacuation helicopter was purchased, as well as to the organizers of the charity initiative,” the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine stated.
