According to the National Resistance Center, officers for the aggressor country's troops will be trained at the civilian higher education institutions.
"Local gauleiters promised their Kremlin's superiors to organize these departments any day now. The training will be based on a shortened program, and graduates of the course are promised good contract positions,” the statement reads.

In addition, according to the National Resistance Center, compulsory subjects on UAV control will be introduced in educational institutions in the territories occupied by russian troops.
In this regard, the National Resistance Center reminds that all those who cooperate with occupiers will be identified and held accountable.
