russian occupation forces are preparing their artillery units for relocation from the right bank of Dnipro in Kherson region, General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine informs in its evening report of October 30. The artillery taken from there will be sent to strengthen other operational directions.
At the same time, the russians continue to keep shelling the areas they left from the other side of the river, putting pressure with heavy guns and rocket artillery systems that cause damage to civilian infrastructure, according to the operational command "South" of the Ukrainian military.

Also, the occupiers force the local population to leave the right bank as well: shut down Internet connection and issued an order for private entrepreneurs to close their stores till November 1.
Against this background, we should recall the words of Ukraine’s Chief of Defense Intelligence Kyrylo Budanov who said in an interview to The Drive that the russians have only enough forces to hold the city of Kherson only by the end of November.
He also assumed that the units withdrawn from the left bank in Kherson region could be split as reinforcements between the Zaporizhzhia direction and the group of russian forces in belarus where most of the personnel consists of mobilized troops, i.e. yesterday’s civilians.
In this regard we can also remind you that russian occupiers previously left Chornobaivka airfield and its suburbs where they were trying to make tough fortifications and where the Armed Forces of Ukraine repeatedly wiped out russian equipment.
